Oracle/Mysql/DB2/DBA - This is one of the most reliable course options, but you will not get any work of software development on its basis, yet you can continue doing it, if you have interest in DBMS. Don't panic. Complete your graduation degree first. In the second year, how many subjects you got backlogs in? Prepare well for them and clear them. Don't change your stream.
If you again took admission in any other graduation course, then you need to start from the 1st year and so you have lost 2 years if you do so.
There is a lot of path is waiting for you after your graduation degree completion.
