Both MCA and MBA are good career options after BCA graduation degree. MCA will make you a good computer developer and you can make career as a technologist. Based on your BCA performance, I will recommended you not to seek admission in MCA as you are not technically inclined. As you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently, scope of MBA is wider and you will get lots of opportunities to grow.

You are advised to seek admission in BCA followed by MCA to have a career in IT industry. The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course is 10+2 from a recognised board of education or equivalent, with minimum 50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as a subject in the qualifying examination. Some colleges such as IGNOU allow non-maths students to seek admission in BCA.

At this time, IT industry is down. After MCA, you will get 4-5 lakhs. But, when you have experience, it will be 8-10 lakhs. My suggestion will be that don't go for BCA. Go for B.Tech IT and after that, go for MBA. You will have a bright future.

If you opt for MBA in information technology, it will enhance your growth in the technical as well as in the managerial field. If you are working, go for the part-time MBA or if you are willing to do regular MBA then try for good institutes.

BBA provides exposure to all management functions and is a professional job oriented degree. As your long-term career goal is to do MBA, it is recommended that you opt for BBA which aligns more with your long-term career objectives & goals in comparison to BCA.
