You should choose that one whichever suit your needs.
If you are interested in computer programming language and want to make career in this field then you must do BCA, otherwise B.Sc is also not bad.

BCA will give exposure to basics of Software Application development. You will be able to get application software developer or tester job in Small and Medium IT companies. Large IT companies prefers B.Tech CSE graduates over BCA. After 3 to 4 years of experience BCA graduates are able to move to large IT companies.
