Hello Aniket,
Detailed guidelines have been issued by Pune University defining eligibility criteria for different courses. As per these, you are indeed eligible for admission as your diploma will be considered equivalent to 12th.

Dear,
Yes, you can pursue BCA after +2 in Science with Math or Commerce with Math. As you know, BCA is a course in the domain of applied Science and deals mostly in software architecture, different programming languages - a foundation of Science in intermediate level is always helpful for higher study. Moreover, if any one changes his mind and likes to go with B.Tech in CS/IT from +2 Science background, it is possible. But, never from +2 Commerce with Math background. For this, I think +2 Science will be a wise decision.

BCA student requires mathematics in class 12. So you are not eligible to pursue BCA. Rather, you can pursue BBA as it do not requires mathematics.

BCA has more jobs as compared to BBA as there is more demand for software engineers because of growth in IT industry. After pursuing MCA, you can get more job opportunities.

Dear,
To get a professional career in IT domain, BCA is of much more potential than B.Sc IT as Indian IT industry prefers BCA over B.Sc CS/IT.

Well, it all depends on your interest, both have equal opportunities, but BCA is more professional course than B.Sc. The more practical knowledge will be given in BCA. And, doing BCA will give you better job opportunities rather than doing just B.Sc.
