Hi Vikash,
The syllabus of the both is mostly the same. The main difference lies in the duration as B.Tech is for 4 years and BCA is for 3 years. B.Tech is a more technical course than BCA and has more value.
B.Tech is a far more comprehensive and professionally valued course than BCA, primarily because it delves into a lot more subjects than BCA.
Thank you.

Hi Vikash,
I hope you are doing good. Here are the view insights why B.Tech is better or superior than BCA.
As their names clearly indicate, B.E (B.Tech) is all about engineering, while BCA is about applications. B.Tech is a far more comprehensive and professionally valued course than BCA, primarily because it delves into a lot more subjects than BCA. A BCA student would need to complete MCA too before he or she can outstrip a B.Tech graduates earning potential. Simply put, B.E = BCA + MCA. B.Tech is more job-focused while a BCA is a good platform for higher studies.

Hi,
Hi,
Nowadays IGNOU is organising a job fair for their students but you would get better opportunity in internship and placement from regular mode education. But, for further growth you should plan for MCA programme because through BCA you won't get best salary and profile.

Well, it's having the same value for both of the courses. But these days due to growing IT industries, it's better to choose for B.Tech+M.Tech. It's because nowadays companies serve better package in the technical field rather than in software departments. I hope this was helpful to you.
