If you are very weak in maths then I'll not recommend you to go for BCA as I know it's great that you are good at programming but when you'll start you BCA in college there is very tough maths that you'll face. One of my friends opted for BCA because he was good at programming but now he's feeling very helpless due to the overload of maths. So, choose wisely.

Dear,
Eligibility for BCA in most of the Universities is minimum 50% (with maths or computer Science or Information practice). So accordingly you can apply but you need to check the eligibility and admission process in particular university in which you want to apply for BCA.
Otherwise, you can check the other options related to Humanities:
Psychology
Special Education
Philosophy
Journalism
International Relations
BALLB
Social work
English hons
Foreign Language
Hotel Management
Travel and Tourism
So choose the programme according to your calibre and interest.
All the best.
