For B.Tech, I would recommend IIT , IIIT, DTU and NSIT. These are the top government colleges in Delhi.

With this percentage, you can apply for BCA programme but if you are going to appear for JEE Mains, you can apply for Amity School of Engineering which is affiliated to CBSEJEE but do check the eligibility in this website for more clarification: www.amity.edu/ASE or you can contact admission help line 0120-2445252.

B.Tech in CSE is an engineering degree and higher degree in comparison to BCA. B.Tech CSE is the most accepted qualification for software engineer in India. It is recommended that you can opt for B.Tech CSE.

No, you cannot. You have to pursue B.Tech to pursue M.Tech. After completing BCA, you can go for MCA.
