It is suggested that you do either MCA or join a job as a developer. I am of the opinion DBA should be done after gaining few years of development experience. MCA is an ideal educational qualification for career in IT industry.

Hi,
BCA is a 3 years undergraduate Bachelor's degree program. The course structure is quite similar to the traditional B.Sc program. The 3 years duration is divided into 6 semesters, each lasting a period of 6 months. During each semester, students have to face different sets of written exams as well as practical and lab sessions.
In simple terms, BCA program has lots to do with computer science and programming. Students are given knowledge on topics like programming languages, hardware and software, computer networks, world wide web, database management, logic, multimedia etc.
For graduates, job opportunities exists in government as well

Best differs from individual to individual, you need to identify your areas of interest, strengths and try to know what you want your career to be like. Do you want to be in IT or Management? Do you have any other interests? Best country similarly will depend on your career plans, university requirements, budget, climate.

Dear,
You can't go with BCA without Mathematics. Instead doing BBA followed by MBA may be suitable for you. It has job prospect too.

The main difference between BCA and BCA in cyber security is that, BCA itself is a generalized course in computers application. BCA in cyber security is a security specialization with the BCA background.
