BCA is just a basic degree in the field of Computer A and graduates can get beginner level Developer and Tester roles in Small and Medium size IT companies or in IT department of Business Enterprises.

There are several doors opened, once you are done with your Bachelor's in computer application (BCA). Apart from MCA or MBA in IT, one can also go for:
Masters in Computer Management
Master's Degree in Information Management (MIM)
Master of Science in Information Technology (http://M.Sc IT)
G-CAT Master
Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Applications
Post Graduate Program in Corporate Studies (PGPCS)
Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)
Program in Information Security Management
You can opt for government colleges or 1 year course if you have money constraint. You can also pursue the above mentioned courses through distance to save money.

All graduates under 10+2+3 pattern with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate considering all the subjects in three years except those subjects where only pass marks are required and which do not contribute to the total in the final (degree) mark sheet are eligible for seeking admission in B.Ed. Currently, MCA graduates starting salaries in campus placement is minimum INR 3.5 LPA. Top institute graduates may get maximum up to INR 10 lakhs. BCA graduates get an average salary of 15k INR per month.

Most of the good universities and institutes have maths as eligibilty criteria at 10+2 stage for BCA and MCA. You will miss joining such colleges. However, you may able to BCA-MCA from few colleges who allow non-maths students to join BCA and MCA. You may evaluate Symbiosis.

As you do not like maths it will be advisable to go for BBA+MBA as both B.Sc and BCA will have maths as compulsory subjects in their syllabus.
