You can pursue PGDM/MBA after BCA for sure but choose a country as per your financial, cultural preference and ROI. It is better to have some work experience before applying to universities abroad. You need to appear for GMAT and TOEFL or IELTS to get into the universities in USA, UK, etc.

In order to become a programmer, you must pursue B.Tech in CSE as you can see most of UG engineering students make their own website. If you are planning to become a programmer, B.Tech is the best option. B.Sc (Hons) in CS will only fetch teaching and government jobs in India and BCA is good for placement if you are interested in working in a company. If you have scored 52 percent marks in class 12th (science) then you should opt for BCA or BBA. After completing BBA or BCA, you can easily apply for a government job or get placed in a good firm. You can even pursue MBA after completing BCA or BBA.

If you are from TN, you can study BCA through distance mode from Madurai Kamaraj University. Else, I would suggest, you should look at the University of Madras or Pondicherry University, both are central universities and are eligible to award degree all over India and they are not limited to a particular state. Also, both the universities have study centres all over India. I would recommend Madras or Pondicherry University over Mumbai University if you are from South India.
