What you want to study is completely your choice. Go through university's websites and see the programs they offer, figure out what interests you. Have a career plan ahead so that you can decide. If you are interested in further studies in computing look for a PG Diploma or MS in related field.

You can apply for a student visa only if you have the admission offer from any of the universities located in these countries. Check for admission requirements and prepare firstly. If you meet the entry requirements, there is no reason why a university will not accept you. So instead of worrying about the visa process now, you should decide what to study and research on the entry requirements.
