USA neither accept MBBS nor BDS as an acceptable qualification to practice in US. BDS is dental and not a medical course. MBBS has validity only in India, Nepal, Srilanka, Bangladesh and Bhutan. In US, you need to first complete a 4 years Bachelor's degree in life science and then need to complete a medical degree from there only.

For admission into MBBS or BDS courses throughout India, you need to appear for the common entrance cum eligibility test, NEET. There's no other gateway. The eligibility criteria for NEET is that you have to score 50% aggregate in physics, chemistry and biology in class 12th.
