Dear Komali Saranya,
Almost both are same. There is no difference in hospital management and administration. These courses are offered excellently by AIIMS, New Delhi, and Apollo Hospital, etc.

After giving NEET you can only apply for MBBS and BDS courses and 150 is not a good score. So, if you are truly passionate about doing MBBS or BDS then you can take a year drop and take some coaching. If you don't want to take a drop then you can fill up some other forms of different colleges like B.Sc, biotech, B.Pharma, etc. and then check for their admission criteria.
