Almost both are same. There is no difference in hospital management and administration. These courses are offered excellently by AIIMS, New Delhi, and Apollo Hospital, etc.

You can do BPT as it has a great scope in Canada and USA.

DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) & MDS (Master of Dental Surgery). It is the extension of Bachelor of dental surgery, BDS. No, any other country provides direct MDS.

To get in a government college, you need to score around 520.

Only if you have more than 50 lakh rupees, you can get admission.

You can do some certificate courses like:
Rotary endodontics
Implants

You can become a dental surgeon after completing BDS. You can join in government or private sector or start your own practice.

After giving NEET you can only apply for MBBS and BDS courses and 150 is not a good score. So, if you are truly passionate about doing MBBS or BDS then you can take a year drop and take some coaching. If you don't want to take a drop then you can fill up some other forms of different colleges like B.Sc, biotech, B.Pharma, etc. and then check for their admission criteria.
