For admission to BDs candidates are required to apply and appear for NEET exam, followed by counselling round. The NEET 2026 counselling dates are yet to be released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Veterinary Medicine involves the study and practice of medical care for animals, including pets, livestock, and wildlife. On the other hand, BDS is a dental undergraduate programme that prepares students to become dentists. Dentists focus on diagnosing and treating oral health issues in humans.
