You should make certificate of it and apply under pwd quota as your right ear is not working properly. If you apply under general or other quota, you might get rejected during medical as they conduct ENT test. So, better to apply under pwd.

Nutrition Science is also an allied subject of Life Sciences or Biological Sciences or Home Sciences. Therefore as you are graduated from Life Sciences or having a B.Sc Degree in Life Sciences subject then you are definitely eligible for pursuing Masters or M.Sc in Nutrition or allied fields from any recognized institutes or universities from India or even abroad. Assume you must be nervous, being in an entirely different field how you would catch-up without any basic knowledge. If so, then I would suggest to go for a post graduation programme than Diploma, where you get to cover all the basics in first semester. Speaking of courses, I would suggest fashion design, fashion styling or textile design due to lots of demand. Fashion design covers all different sections and has lots of flexibility in career, where you could be an illustrator, stylist, designer, visual merchandiser and many more.
