So, if you go for Diploma in Yoga Science, it will also give you a lot of exposure. But, if you do Diploma in Yoga Science and naturopathy, you get knowledge of both the things which definitely gives you more benefits. Naturopathy is a form of alternative medicine based on a belief in vital ism, which posits that a special energy called vital energy or vital force guides bodily processes such as metabolism, reproduction, growth, and adaptation. So, it depends on you which you like the most.

Course duration: M.Sc course lasts for a period of 2 years. PG Diploma course lasts for a period of 1 year.
Eligibility criteria: Must possess relevant Bachelor's degree from a recognised University/Institute. Minimum aggregate marks required could be around 50-55% (or equivalent grade).
