A degree from BSBI Germany is not highly reputed among German employers. Degrees at BSBI are primarily awarded by its partner universities in the UK, the US, and Italy.

As per BSBI student reviews on Shiksha Study Abroad, employers in Germany prefer grads with a degree from a German public university.

BSBI is fine if you're looking for an fast and easy way to get a visa in Germany. However, if the goal is to be a working professional in Germany, you should aim for a public or a more reputed private German university.

A degree from BSBI is generally valid in India. The institute does not deliver degrees of its own. It partners with universities abroad and only delivers lectures, seminars, and coursework, while the official degree arrives from the partner university itself.

For a degree to be considered valid in India, it needs to be recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

According to the institute itself, all degrees are accredited by the respective national education authorities. Its partner universities are listed in the Anabin system in Germany with H+, which means degrees are accepted across Europe and beyond.

Yes, being a private institution, the MS admissions here are both easier and more flexible compared to the highly competitive and state-funded public university in Germany

The reasons for it being easier are given below -

  • A public university in Germany would require a very good GPA while BSBI is more relaxed with it
  • No APS Certificate delays as for a private institution like BSBI, they have a faster registration process
  • BSBI requires an IELTS score of only 6.0 overall, while public ones ask for a band score of 6.5 or higher

Indian students are required to complete a lot of other steps before enrolment could be completed. The key steps include the contract signing, visa process and the fee payment.

Look at the BSBI steps to be done for enrollment -

  • First sign and revert with the contract offered
  • Then, a deposit of EUR 2K or INR 2.14 L
  • Now, submit the final documents which are like a conditional offer letter
  • A student's visa for non-EU students
  • Offer the proof of funds (EUR 11.9K or INR 12.7L)
  • Arrange health insurance
