NEET is an all India common entrance examination for the medical aspirants to get into the undergraduate courses in both government and private colleges. Admissions into B.A. MS colleges are done in three ways
Government
Semi government
Private
The minimum marks required for a general category student to get into the government colleges is 400
For semi government it is between 300 to 350
For private it is 250 to 300. So, the candidate cannot join any colleges, but try for the management quota seats in private colleges
Goodluck.

In comparison to a private MBBS attending a government BHMS college is preferable. This is because of the following factors:
1. You may have to pay a hefty price for the private MBBS programme; some colleges charge fees for this programme that total in the crores. A government college's BHM tuition is typically under Rs. 6 Lacs and occasionally thousands of rupees.
2. For any course, a government college is more valuable than a private college.
3. The government is promoting the study of homeopathy, making it easier to find employment after earning this degree.
4. You need to pursue an MD or MS to become a doctor; you cannot find a job

The BHMS and B.A. MS are two popular indigenous medicine courses in India. Here is a comparison between the two to help you decide which one to pursue:
1. Course curriculum: In the Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), you study homeopathic science and its applications. In the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) program, you study traditional Ayurvedic science and its applications.
2. Fees: The fees for the BHMS and B.A. MS courses are almost the same, but since the B.A. MS is more popular in India, its fee is slightly higher for this course.
