Medical degrees are not authorised for distance education you need to be on campus and if any university or college is providing it that's need to be authorised by medicinal authority.

BHMS Admission 2023 is done based on an entrance exam. For entrance-based BHMS admission, candidates must appear for the NEET UG entrance exam followed by the NEET counselling session. See after any background graduate can give any government exams that is not necessary to give the government exams from specific background. As all BHMS graduate student after graduation they apply for All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET). For post graduation to take the degree from Ayush in MD/MS. You can also work in Ayush as Medical officer or in health and care sector. Ayush is government organisations for BHMS and medical students. You can give the exams and you will be place in Aayush.

So the answer to your question is NO. The passing marks for NEET itself goes in range of 100-150 (for your)
See, Without hurting your sentiments, I wanna tell you that you need to work hard. Give yourself a full year with pure dedication and make sure you land up in a government college to pursue a degree of your choice (Can be BHMS for that matter)
