Your marks in NEET are less. As per the previous year cutoffs you cannot get any government Medical College for BAMS. You can get admission to the private medical college but the fees will be very much. So, you need to have good economic condition. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side. You cannot get into any government medical college with this mark. There is very less Probability of getting a seat.

Yes of course you can do MBBS after one year of BHMS. Some people get their MBBS degree after completing B.Sc. So why won't you take your dream degree after one year of BHMS.
