Yes, of curse but only for others state student can do diplomatic course only but Bihar student can join two programme. Both of student can join but others state student can only join diplomatic course.

Faculty at BRABU and its colleges is good because I have never visit to the University for any issue because our college faculty solve that problem.

I don't know the hostel fee of BRABU because when I join the college the hostel of my college is closed by the University.
