No, candidates with domicile of Bihar will only be allowed to sit for the BCECE entrance exam dedicated to BSc nursing courses. Any candidate belonging to Chhattisgarh or any other state of India will not be allowed to appear for the exam. As per the guidelines, if the candidates is not eligible to appear for the exam, then he/she will not be allowed to appear for the counselling as well.

However, there's significant inconsistency, with strong educators alongside less effective ones. Around 30% are outstanding, while others are average. Yes, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra have the good and qualified faculities who are helpful and kind in nature and they have the Ph.D. teachers to teach the students and they can teach the logic for how to approach the problems and how to solve them.

To apply for B.E./B.Tech at BIT Mesra – Patna Extension Center (2025):
- Appear for JEE Main, secure a valid rank.

No Direct (Management) Admission for B.Tech
- According to Shiksha.com, B.Tech admissions at BIT Patna are based only on JEE Main score and counselling. Management or direct admissions are not allowed.

Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra - Patna Extension Center provides all the basic campus facilities. The campus is clean and well-maintained. The college has a well-stocked library, AC classrooms with smartboards, a well-equipped library, and WiFi access all around the campus. The college has been rated 3.8 out of 5 for its campus life.

Since you haven't provided the specific branch and for which degree you are asked for I provided for B.Tech. and BBA branch, according to shiksha.com, The highest salary for the B.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering department is INR 44.14 LPA at Birla Institute of Technology Mesra and the top recruiters are Tata steel, cognizant, Genpact, Infosys, wipro and deloitte and BBA branch the highest salary package is 10 LPA.
