The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict for which NIT you will qualify. Wait for the final AIR declaration

The percentage for admission is the same for any board. You need to get above 90% to get into SRCC.

You have to get a really good percentage to get admission in top DU colleges approximately 95% but as per tight marking done in Bihar board you can get admission in an average college of DU even after scoring good in boards.

It will be great if you can specify from which college do you want to study this course from DMLT or Diploma in ultrasound from, after your 12th, so that I can guide you appropriately.

The cut-offs are on the basis of examination and average range of results among students. If there are a high number of students getting 98% then it is possible that cut-offs will go high and DU may close cutoffs even after 3 list, of specific courses If the seats are full. For reservations category, cut-offs are less and it can be around 80-85% and it may reduce further if the number of candidates is less. It all depends upon number of seats remaining.
