Bio Engineering

Biological Sciences and Bioengineering program (BIO) aims to educate students about developing new bioinformatics tools. They also learn about biomaterials, biomechanics and cell and tissue engineering, biomedical devices, computational bioengineering, biomedical imaging, premed and synthetic biology. Plastics engineering encompasses the processing, design, development, and manufacture of plastics products. A plastic is a polymeric material that is in a semi-liquid state, having the property of plasticity and exhibiting flow. Plastics engineering encompasses plastics material and plastic machinery. Although they somewhat relate to chemistry or chemical engineering, they are completely different. You should study the domain of both of these streams separately and then decide as per your interests!
