No, there is no need to appear for entrance exam.
All the postgraduate programmes have 2 years durations except M.Sc in applied of mathematics, that has 4 years of duration.The programmes at postgraduate level need no entrance exam. The candidates will be selected as per their obtained marks in 10+2 level tests or on the basis of merit.
The university offers 5% marks relaxations for SC/ST category in all the PG programmes except PG Diploma.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for UGC NET. Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks in their Masters degree exams (in streams such as Humanities, Social Science, Electronic Science, Computer Science & Applications, etc. ). From a UGC recognised college/ university fulfill UGC NET 2018 eligibility criteria. Regards.
