I got 9.73 in ipe and 71 percentile in jee.please calculate my score in sastra.And with that score will I get seat in sastra bioinformatics?

Sastra score is calculated by 25% of the Mains marks and 75% of the ipe marks so score will be 90.725.

You may or may not get because you told your GPA. Apply and wait upto 3rd counselling. You may get by chance. All statistics won't be right all the times if you score more marks in +2 than GPA.

It's based on how many students applied for that branch and college. Possibly for getting is 50:50 as your JEE Main score is less. If you are From Tamil Nadu you can apply for stream 2 it maybe possible to get seat in bioinformatics.

I will get 85% in CBSE and didn't appear for jee will I able to get a seat in bioinformatics at sastra university
