There are various career options available these days. However, I would recommend that you first concentrate on your 09th standard as it is very crucial in setting up a firm foundation.
Before you decide what to do after 09th, it is important that you become aware of a critical factor for success in your chosen profession. Your exam scores are one part of it considering how competitive it is to land a seat in the hallowed campuses of the IITs and other prestigious institutions.
Science, Commerce & Humanities are the three streams available after 10th for 11th & 12th class studies and you have to choose one of them for your further studies.
Science: it is the gateway to professional courses and career options such as engineering and medicine. Also, students from a science background can apply for commerce, humanities courses in college but the same does not hold true the other way around.
Commerce: students who are serious about pursuing a career in finance, accounts, chartered accountancy, economics, banking, business and management. Students from a commerce background are eligible to apply for humanities courses in college as the eligibility criteria for most humanities courses are English in 11th &12th.
Humanities: This stream will fit students who are interested in courses such as history, political science, literature, arts, dance, music etc.
With the combination of biology, physics and chemistry you can take up medicine, dentistry, Pharmacy, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology, Microbiology). Apart from doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas, such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration, hotel management, tourism management etc. you can also opt for courses outside the university stream, such as hotel management, fashion technology, industrial design, packaging, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses and a host of post 10 + 2 level vocational courses. For pursuing a course in engineering you should have Mathematics as compulsory subject in 10+2.

Marine engineering is a branch of Engineering that deals with nautical architecture and science. The demand for Marine Engineers in public and private shipping companies has risen sharply, with the increase in international global sea traffic. BE in Marine Engineering / Nautical Science is the basic qualifications to become a Marine Engineer. The minimum educational qualifications for pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or Nautical science is plus two or equivalent with 60% marks in science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Salary is a function of various factors (i) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary. (ii) Your work experience - organization and type of work profile (iii) city - a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compared to smaller cities and towns. (iv) Your current organization - i.e. where you will be joining - an MNC usually has higher salaries as compared to other organizations.(v) Your work profile i.e. Manager/ AVP, etc.Thus one cannot allocate a figure.

To pursue graduation degree in Marine Biology, one needs to score a minimum of 50% marks in 12th with Science (Physics, Chemistry and Math) from any recognized board. The admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam. The cut off marks varies from year to year.

To become a dietitian there are many paths that you can choose to reach your goal. There is option of Certificate/Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics which you may pursue after you graduation. Other than these Certificate/Diploma courses, if you want to do intense study you may choose B.Sc in Food Technology or B.Sc Home Science.
For selection of subjects at school level keeping in view subjects required for above mentioned courses I would recommend choose what you like. But for sake of easing out your confusion let me tell you that students from all stream (Science/Commerce/Humanities) are permitted to enroll in these courses but students from Science background are given preference (colleges provide 3%-5% relaxation). They calculate PCB as well as PCM but few institutes stresses on PCBM. So if you want to increase your chances of your enrollment/ admission you may take biology.
P.S. Not all graduate can go for Diploma/ Certificate in Nutrition and Dietetics, you must have passed B.Sc. Home Science (Pass/Hons.) or B.Sc. Food Technology (Hons.),B.Sc. Microbiology, B.Sc. Biochemistry, B.Sc., Nursing, MBBS.
