The eligibility criteria to apply to a Merit-cum-Need Scholarship at BITS Pilani is a high CGPA and a parental annual salary of less than INR 10 lakh. CGPA cut-off might change every semester. BITS Pilani gives two basic types of scholarships Merit Scholarship and Merit-cum-Need Scholarship. The Merit Scholarship depends only on CGPA of the student but the Merit-cum-Need Scholarship is dependent upon the annual income of the parents of the student. These scholarships waive 40% to 100 percent of tuition fee. To be eligible, students are required to go through their admissions.

Yes, to meet the eligibility requirements of the programme at BITS Pilani, candidates are required to pass class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate along with a mninimum of 60% in each subject. 

To get admission into BITS Pilani, students need to appear for and qualify in BITSAT exam.

BITS Pilani offer online MBA course in hospital management with live weekend classes and  health specified courses. All the applicants who wish to appear for online MBA must have 1+ year of experience and a relevant degree. The total fee of online MBA course is nearly 2.8 Lacs rupee. 

BITs is a very good college but the branch you're considering from their can be doubtful. I'm assuming that you got less marks in BITSAT that's why you're getting this branch. I can assure one thing that once you get into this college you'll definitely get placed into some good company, but yes the number of companies might be low for Environmental Engineering.
