Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani is accredited by the NAAC with an 'A' Grade and is ranked 11th by the NIRF Ranking 2025 under the Engineering category. The BITS Pilani Rajasthan Deemed University is approved by UGC and through various departments, offers UG, PG, PhD courses to students across the Pharmacy, Management, Engineering, and other streams. The other three campuses of BITS are located in Goa, Hyderabad, and Dubai.

The campus of BITS Pilani Rajasthan includes a library complex with a floor area of 1.4 acre and a rich collection of about 2.3 Lacs volumes of books and manuscripts. No, BITS Pilani does not provide admission on the basis of management quota. All admissions to BITS Pilani are made on the basis of merit, as determined by the BITSAT exam. There is no provision for admission through donation or any other form of payment. BITS Pilani is a public university and is funded by the government of India. As such, it is committed to providing equal opportunities to all students, regardless of their financial background.
