Candidates must have passed 12th examination from a recognized Central or State board. Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as subjects in Class 12. Candidate must secure minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.

No, it won't be helpful. Studying the formulae alone can be used just to solve the direct questions. Though BITSAT does not have questions with high difficulty, you need to prepare beyond just revising the formulae. BITSAT needs speed and accuracy. Hence after getting a strong foundation over the basics, you can practice the previous year papers and as many papers as you can which would improve your problem solving. You can note down all the formulae for revising them in the last days of preparation. All the best.
