Before proceeding, make sure that you fulfil the basic eligibility criteria for B.Sc in Medical Lab technology which is as follows:
* A candidate must have cleared 10+2 or any equivalent examination from a recognized board or university from the Science stream with compulsory subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Biochemistry and Mathematics).
* Candidates who have completed a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology are also eligible to join. * The minimum cut-off is 50%, which differs depending on the institute or college.
* Clearing an entrance exam is mandatory in order to get into the most reputed institutes.

Candidates wishing to apply for the course need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
10+2 or equivalent qualification in the science stream, completed from a recognised educational board. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the 10+2 level. Physics, biotechnology, chemistry, biology, and mathematics as the main subjects of study at the 10+2 level.
