Students who are willing to apply for the Master of Business Administration course are required to hold a minimum of 4 years of bachelor's degree in any field, including liberal arts, business administration, social sciences, physical sciences, engineering, and law.
All the applicants taking admission at the Boston College are required to submit the GRE or GMAT test scores along with work experience.
International applicants are also required to submit the proof of their English language test scores as a part of their compulsory requirement

Northeastern University and Boston College are among the popular universities to study in the USA for international students. They both offer quality master's programs with career opportunities to students. Look at the table given below -

No, work experience is not required for the full-time MBA programme at Boston College, but it is recommended that applicants have at least two years of professional work experience before entering the program. The average work experience in recent classes has been four and a half years. For the part-time MBA program, work experience is not required, but applicants are evaluated for merit-based scholarships and advanced standing credit.

Yes, it can be considered easy to find part time jobs while studying. University itself offers on-campus student jobs and students with Federal Work Study awards are eligible to work off campus. Career Center also provides resources and advice to help students succeed. Additionally students can use Handshake which is a centralized employment platform.

Both New York University and Boston College are top-ranked universities in the USA for international studnets. But, if we compared them, then NYU is a better research university than Boston College across almost all subjects. New York University ranking is also high as compared to Boston College ranking. Globally, Massachusetts Institute of Technology ranks 1st in the world while Boston College ranking is 601-650 in the world by QS World University ranking 2024. But, according to students reviews, BC has way more ACTIVE alumni IN BOSTON than MIT and in New England in general. Boston College offers solid biochemistry and chemistry programs and it was also good in computer vision at one point. These are the few points that makes a Boston College perfect choice than MIT in Boston.
