Yes, Hansraj has got the best faculty for botany in Delhi University. I myself is a student of Hansraj College and believe me, Hansraj is the best for botany.

No, without entrance exam, it is not possible, but you can talk to officials because most of the colleges have management quota, you can get a seat through management quota.
