Written below is the eligibility criteriafor B.Tech at IGDTUW (Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women)
Academic Qualification: Candidate should have passed class 12th examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 60% marks in Science stream. (Physics, mathematics and chemistry)
Entrance Exam: Candidate need to qualify in the Joint Admission Counseling (JAC) Delhi entrance exam.
However, there might be some relaxation in minimum marks for different categories of students (SC/ST/OBC).

In order to apply for BTech course, candidates must complete Class 12 with 45% aggregate. For more details, students can check the points below:
- Valid rank in WBJEE or JEE (Main)
- Class 12 with 45% aggregate in Physics, Mathematics along with Chemistry /Biology /Biotechnology /Computer Science /Information Technology /Information Practices /Engineering Graphics/Business Studies. Candidates must clear Theory & Practical examination. 40% marks in case of candidates of SC/ST/OBC in the above subjects taken together.

For admissions to the BTech programme at IIIT Delhi in 2023, there were two primary tracks to consider: admissions through the Joint Admission Counselling and admissions through the IIIT Delhi admission process.
Common eligibility criteria for both tracks:
- Passing Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in five subjects. These subjects must include Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- Securing at least 70% marks in Mathematics specifically.
There were however, some nuances in the selection process:
- JAC Admissions considered scores from the JEE Main exam. Competitive scores were crucial for securing a seat.

The PSIAS BE/BE (Hons) course aspirants need to take the entrance test conducted in-house by the institute. Applicants with a very good academic record can be exempted from the entrance test. These candidates are admitted directly without taking the test. Moreover, the entrance test details are shared with the students over mail. Apart from this, it is also crucial that the aspirants fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements.
