It is not mandatory to appear for ATLAS uGDX. Candidates can also apply for BTech at the university with national or state-level entrance exam scores like JEE Main or MHT CET. The ATLAS uGDX is an alternative for candidates who did not appear for other exams.

BTech at MAKAUT fhas a duration of four years. The university follows a semester based system and hence, BTech is divided into 8 semesters. Students must pass each semester exam conducted at the end of each semester to proceed to the next.

No, admission to BTech programme at MAKAUT is entrance based with the university accepting JEE MAIN scores for the same. Direct admissions are not granted to any student category. The minimum eligibility for BTech mut be met before applying for admission to the same.
