Yes, Bosscoder School of Technology is a good college for the BTech course. It offers a fully residential BTech programme to students for a duration of 4 years. Candidates must pass Class 12 with 50% or 5.0 CGPA aggregate in Intermediate or Class 12 examination from a recognised central / state board (except open schools) with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics / Biology subjects, and qualified in GAT UG (Engineering) to apply for BTech at GITAM School of Technology, Visakhapatnam.

PEIT BTech cutoff 2025 was published for admission to various specialisations. B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering had a last round cutoff of 935963 for the General AI quota.
