To get admission in VITEEE Your chances are Low as of the cut of category 1 falls for 14200-14500 and your rank is significantly low that is clost to borderline.
You can Still try for VIT Bhopal and VIT -AP as backups and feel free to also try in VIT Vellore you should apply in Vit Vellore and bhopal as high preference

Yes, ranking 61 in JEE Main and < ?1 Lacs income, OBC category, you qualify for Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) or scholarships in Uttar Pradesh government colleges. Some government or aided colleges affiliated with AKTU do offer B.Tech courses for < ?50,000/year (hostel and mess included), after fee reimbursement. Opt for options such as KNIT Sultanpur, BIET Jhansi, or state government engineering colleges under UPTAC counselling. Check fee waiver eligibility at aktu.ac.in.

Shri Krishna University BTech fee is INR 2 lakh. While, the Takshashila Institute of Engineering and Technology BTech fee range from INR 1.2 Lacs and INR 1.7 lakh. Hence, it can be determined that the course fee is almost similar at both the institutes. Candidates can consider other factors as well to make a decision. Other popularly considered parameters are placements, faculty, location, etc. Students are also informed that the fee amount mentioned here is calculated as per the yearly fee mentioned in the official prospectus for 2025 of the university.

Yes, it is possible to get into Sapthagiri NPS University's B.Tech programme without a JEE score. Sapthagiri NPS University accepts scores from other entrance exams like COMEDK UGET and the Karnataka CET for B.Tech admissions, in addition to JEE Main.
