Amity University Mohali follows a merit-based admission policy. It doesn't have a caste-based reservation system for its BTech course. Instead, seats are filled based on your academic performance in Class 12 and entrance exam scores. Another admission option is "Fast Track Admission" for students who scored 80% and above in class 12.

The admission process for the BTech programe starts from March. The application form is available on payment of a non-refundable fee of INR 1500. To apply, fill the Online Application Form and upload documents. Application fee to be paid online using Debit/credit cards/Paytm wallet/netbanking.

Admission microsite is an online portal at amity.edu/Mohali. An applicant can check his/her Registration/Selection status by logging into his/ her Admission Microsite with the application form number and the password at regular intervals for all admission-related information. Please note that the university does not send any other communication.

If you score 95% or higher in your Class 12 exams, you can get a full tuition fee waiver for your first year. Amity University Mohali offers these scholarships to welcome the brightest students into their BTech courses. These fee waivers are given on a first-come, first-served basis, so do apply early. There is a non-refundable fee of INR 1,500 to submit your BTech application. You can pay this easily using a debit card, credit card, net banking, or digital wallets. Your application at Amity University Mohali isn't officially finished until the payment goes through. Save a digital copy of your receipt and the filled-out form just in case you need them later.
