IIT Goa offers a total of four BTech programmes as per the JoSAA website. The duration of these course is four year and the mode of study is full-time. Selection is done as per the JEE Main + JEE Advanced scores followed by JoSAA counselling. The available BTech specialisations at IIT Goa are:

BTech AIML at SRM IST Vadapalani have 120 student capacity. Students can check eligibility and appear for SRMJEE. Aim for higher scores as competition for such popular courses is generally high. Check SRMJEE syllabus to know the details of the entrance exam. As selection to BTech AIML at SRM IST Vadapalani remains through SRMJEE.

Students looking forward to take admission in the BE at the Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Lavale. The admission is based on the merit scored in entrnace exams. Students can also appear for MAH-CET and secure good marks. Therefore, it is not mandatory for students to appear for the JEE Mains, rather students can also take state level entrance exams.

Yes, BTech at CCSU is quite good. The university has a separate Engineering College, offering the BTech programme in various branches. CCS Meerut BTech programme is offered in the following branches:
- Information Technology
- Chemical Engineering
- Electronics and Communication Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Agriculture Engineering

All the Government Colleges charge very less annual fee . These are some Government colleges which charge annual fee of less than 1lakh :- Jadavpur University (Kolkata), veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (Mumbai), University College of Engineering (Kolkata), Government College of Engineering & Textile Technology ( Berhampore, West Bengal). Almost no private college charge less than 1lakh . But you didn't mention any branch, so these are some average fees . But fees will vary by branch and category.

Yes, BTech at IIT Jammu is quite good. The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is the very first department that was established at IIT Jammu.
