If you are from Gujarat, you will also need to take the GUJCET. GUJCET form comes in January too, and the exam happens around March or April. After the results, counselling goes on till July for engineering seats. High scores in GUJCET along with good marks in JEE Mains ensure getting into colleges according to preferences.

JEE Main happens in two session mostly. First session in January and second in April. Students can try both so they get best score. Uka Tarsadia BTech admission admits students on the basis of GUJCET and JEE scores.

Students who want join Uka Tarsadia BTech should apply for JEE Main mostly by December when forms comes out. Better to not miss correction window in January also, so details stays correct.

The Andhra Pradesh (AP) government provides full fee reimbursement for B.Tech lateral entry students who qualify through the ECET exam, provided they meet specific eligibility criteria. Generally, students with ranks below 10,000 in ECET and whose family income is below a certain threshold (as per government guidelines) are eligible for full fee reimbursement. However, students with ranks above 10,000 may also be eligible for partial reimbursement or a maximum amount of INR 35,000, depending on the final decision of the Andhra Pradesh government.

Average salary offer for BTech is mostly around 3 to 4 LPA, same like other courses. Some IT students may get higher package depends on skills and company. So learning extra tech and projects really help boost pay.

Placement can't be 100% guarantee but yes, university do their best for connecting students with industries. Final selection depends on student skills, interviews and what company wants. Training and internships also helps lot.

There is quite many companies that visits campus such as Wonder Cement, TCS, Crest Infosystems, Macleods Pharmaceutical, Adani Port, NPCIL, DB Engineers, Logicwind and more. IT streams got more software companies too this year. For other specialisations too, the university is bringing more companies.

To be eligible for the SRIHER BTech course, candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry, Computer Science, or Biology, with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
