To apply for the dual programs, you must meet the admission requirements of both the faculty members that is MBA and MS Business Analytics. Most of these are professional courses and designed for applicants with work experience. MBA typically requires a minimum 2 years work experience. 650 in GMAT is not a competitive score, I will suggest you to go for another attempt if you can score at least 680+ marks and apply for MS Finance or MS Business Analytics programmes.

But if anyone wants to try again next year then, VIT Business School uses valid CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT scores for short listing candidates for group discussion and personal interview for final selection for MBA.
