Package depends mainly on the organizations visiting a particular college and the profile they are offering. A rough idea about the package you can have from the average package in past years. You can check student reviews and placement reports if any. For a college in the ranks of 30-40s package for HR is about, 7-8 LPA (an estimate). Also have a look at this article-

You must look for companies like credit rating, nbfcs, banks, firms which prepare financial reports of corporate houses. Getting into a trading firm is also a good option.

The cut-off of CAT for FMS New Delhi is in the range of 98.5 to 99 percentile. A score of 99+ percentile is considered safe enough to get an interview call.
