Yes, Lovely Professional University can be a good choice for pursuing an MBA, especially if you want a mix of academics, industry exposure, and campus opportunities.

One good thing about LPU is that the university focuses a lot on practical learning instead of only classroom theory. From my experience, GIBS offers different specializations so students can choose based on their interests and career goals. One thing I personally liked is that students also get the option of dual specialization, which means you can learn and gain exposure in two different domains instead of limiting yourself to one area. I feel this gives students more flexibility and broader career opportunities.

Some of the commonly chosen specializations are:

From my experience at GIBS, industry visits and live projects were something I really enjoyed because they gave more practical exposure beyond classrooms. During the course, students get opportunities to visit companies and understand how businesses work in real environments.

I liked that learning was not limited only to theory because activities like industry visits, projects, and corporate interactions made things more interesting and practical. Exposure to companies from sectors like IT, manufacturing, finance, startups, and corporate organizations helped students understand industry expectations better.
