Both LLB and MBA degrees make sense in their respective areas. Let us analyze what if a person completes an LLB and then acquires an MBA (I think this is the motive of the question) for the purpose of corporate jobs.
Bachelor of Laws is an undergraduate professional degree of education required to enter into a legal profession. LLB gives you an understanding of legal principles, legal procedures and laws and regulations of countries and then the idea of corporate governance & legal compliance and legal procedures to enter into a business transactions.
There is absolutely no necessity to acquire an MBA for any job in corporate legal and legal professionals tend to learn the elements of business management as they jump the corporate ladder.

Master of Business Administration is a post graduate professional degree which gives you an overall understanding of business administration functions and specific industries.
Going for a industry specific MBA or functional MBA which has no relation to Law (like supply chain management or branding) would reduce your LLB degree to any other graduate degree and you would end up working as an MBA professional. Your salary and career will then only depend upon the MBA you acquired. So if you want to work for companies operations or dream of becoming a CEO, then you may go after this.
The only advantage you would get if you study MBA after LLB when you go for MBA with specialization in HR or Sales & Marketing or Finance functions.
Let us analyse the career options in these areas:
1.LLB + MBA (HR): You could get a job as an HR manager who overlooks the HR compliance of company with respect to labor laws and corporate governance. Some companies have single manager for legal and HR and you could be one of them.
2. LLB + MBA (Sales and Marketing): you could get a job as a Sales specialist or a Business development manager for IT enables services firms like LPO or a law firm.
3. LLB + MBA (Finance): as discussed above, you could get legal jobs easily in BFSI sector. The kind of jobs available ranges from legal compliance to contract management. Unless you understand the financial concepts, business or specialized products, you wont be able to advise on technicalities of laws (such as trading rules) or specialized agreements (such as ISDA master agreement or indentures).
LLB is mandatory for such jobs and MBA is highly preferred.
