Indian Institute of Management–Jammu is a new IIM which focuses on strong academic values under the guidance of expert faculty members with years of experince. The institute has decent placements; the highest and average package offers are INR 32 LPA and INR 14.01 LPA. The other side of IIM Jammu is that it is one of the new IIMs, so it has fewer alumni and is not accessible for some students.
