Hello,
All the elite institutes abroad do ask for a mandatory work experience of about 4-5 years to be eligible for their MBA programme. Generally, full-time work experience is asked for.

Both of them have their advantages and challenges. Choose the one which genuinely interests you. From a neutral point of view, MBA is better than MCA.

Hello,
A regular, full-time MBA can be pursued by anyone i.e. both fresher's and working people. Whereas, an Executive MBA is meant only for people having some amount of work experience, say 3-5 years.
