Hi,
There are several one year courses offered by several institutes in India and they are suitable for eco graduates. A computer Diploma course by NIIT and GNIIT which is a three year course by NIIT. There are other institutes which make step wise course for any eco graduate to become computer graduate.

Hello,It is never recommended to pursue MBA abroad without any work experience since the syllabus is designed there in such a way that only those having worked somewhere can relate to the syllabus and get benefitted by it. Moreover, none of the elite institutes admits anyone without a work-experience.

Hello! Yes, students pursuing their MBA from average or below-average college, unfortunately, end up with those low salary packages. MIT isn't really a good choice for pursuing MBA. There are much better MBA colleges in Pune itself like SIBM, SCMHRD, and PUMBA.
Being a fresher, it's strongly recommended to aim for the good, reputed colleges only.
