Ohh! if you are scoring 50 percentile in CAT, you will stay  so close to get admission at Calcutta University for MBA course but you won't get selection. The Calcutta University cutoff 2024 for the open category candidates stood at 50.35 percentile. However, if a candidate belong to OBC AI quota, then 50 percentile will surely get him/her admission at Calcutta University. The Calcutta University CAT cutoff 2024 for OBC AI quota was 40.

As per the Calcutta University cut off 2024, in order to be eligible for Master of Business Administration (MBA) Global, a candidates must have a minimum CAT score of 50.35 Percentile for the General category belonging to All India Quota. It is mandatory for candidates to meet the minimum cutoff decided by the university for MBA admissions. Now, if we talk about the 2025 CAT cutoff,   over the years, it remained the same. So, the expected percentile can stood the same at 50.35 in upcoming admission cycle.

No, you cannot get admission at a rank of 7000 at Calcutta University. The Calcutta University cutoff 2024 for the BTech courses at the undergraduate level has been released upto Round 3 seat allotment results. The WBJEE cutoff 2024 for BTech courses ranged between 903 and 3918 for General AI students. So, candidates having a rank of, 7000 cannot not even think of  getting admission at Calcutta University. However, for OBC AI category candidates, the required rank to get into Calcutta University is 27788 or below than that.

This is a standardized entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to postgraduate programs in various universities, including Calcutta University. While CUET-PG is the primary entrance exam for Calcutta University, some colleges might also consider scores from other national-level entrance exams such as CPGET, UGC NET, or JEST.
