The University of San Francisco application process for undergraduate and graduate applicants is given below:

Undergraduate Applicants

• First of all, complete the Common Application / University of San Francisco direct application / Coalition application
• Send the supplemental materials to the university
• Then, pay the non-refundable application fee

Documents required for Undergraduate application

• Official transcripts: A transcript from each school that the applicants have attended, plus a certified translation if the transcript is not in English. The university also accepts unofficial transcripts as long as they are in PDF format and clearly show the applicant’s name of the school, courses, and grades
• English language proficiency test scores
• Certification of finances
• Gap-year explanation (optional, if applicable)
• SAT or ACT scores (test-optional)

Graduate Applicants

• The graduate applicants can apply to their respective programs directly by accessing the application from the University of San Francisco official website
• Along with the application, some documents have to be submitted as well
• Pay the application (as applicable)
