Yes and NIOS National Institute of Open Schooling is generally accepted in countries like Australia UK Canada and Germany for higher education including undergraduate and post graduate studies while its recognised as equivalent to other both like CBSE and ICSE some International Universities may have specific requirements or prefer specific board student applying from NIOS students meet the university admission criteria which may include standardized test score like TOEFL or IELTS and other entrance exam

International students can work for max 24 hours in a week off-campus along with studies and full time during vacations or academic breaks.
Students can work at more than 1 jobs as long as they stay within this time limit. Working 24+ hours in a week is violation of Canadian student visa rule. This can lead to termination of same resulting in deportation from Canada.

Yes it is possible to study in Canada without IELTS provided one satisfies any requirements mentioned below-
- Have valid scores in alternative langauge test scores such as TOEFL, PTE or Cambridge English
- Have studied in English medium school for period of 4 or more years
- Are a native of English speaking nation
- Have attended university's language school for 1 sem or year
- Have worked in an English-speaking country for a predetermined time
